What you'll be doing

As the Sales Account Representative, you will leverage your experience to help us handle relationships with SolutionsΒ clients and grow sales revenue. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to incoming inbound and outbound sales leads.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Work with the audit and solutions teams to estimate the timeline and pricing for solutions delivery.

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  • Structure and elaborate proposals for new clients, taking into account our strengths and what the clients are looking for.

  • Understand changes to our service agreements and interact with our legal and finance team to get changes implemented. Work with your team to discuss, plan and implement process improvements.

  • Pitch SaaS products to existing clients using our audit services and vice versa.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on publishing audit reports and case studies of client solutions.

You have

  • 2+ years of experience as a Account Manager/Sales or Business Development.

  • Highly motivated and goal driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

  • Positive attitude, proactive and open to feedback.

  • Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Passion and/or experience with blockchain technology, open-source, cybersecurity or similar highly technical industry.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Hubspot or a similar CRM.

  • Experience selling products and services to developers and other technical customers.

  • Experience working at a technology startup.

  • Basic technical knowledge of smart contracts, DeFi, DAOs, Layer 2 Rollups.

  • Experience working at a fully-remote company


Our interview process takes place on Zoom and tends to consist of the following stages:

  • Recruiter call (30 minutes)

  • Hiring Manager call (45 minutes)

  • Team member interview (30 minutes)

  • Leadership call (30 minutes)

  • Paid work test (lasting up to 5 days)

  • Reference checks
