What is Nabu.xyz?

Nabu.xyz, is a VC-backed Web3 startup that values digital assets (NFTs) through Artificial Intelligence to enable NFT Finance, treasury management, and transparent accounting/auditing for Web3.

We are fulfilling the fundamental need for a trusted, layer-3 valuation engine for NFTs, as digital assets are on a fast track to becoming standardised property records with smart contract functionality, across digital art, gaming, metaverse, IP, real-world assets, and more.

The business is run by an all-star management team that blends cutting edge web2-3 experience (multiple exits) with world leading quantitative research experience. The company is backed by leading web3 funds as well as multinational companies such as Aviva, the biggest insurance company in the UK.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in the Web3 space, who can help us achieve our vision. The applicant is product savvy with a deep understanding of blockchain technology, trends, and the ability to articulate value points with prospective customers and internal teams

About You

You are a highly skilled and seasoned business development expert, possessing 6-7 years of extensive experience in sales and business development, with a strong preference for individuals who also have product management experience. Ideally, your background would be in financial services, accounting or related fields, and applicants with a keen interest in Web3 technology are strongly encouraged to apply.

In this role, you will:

Be responsible for developing opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeting outbound prospects. Give sales demos, close new business, and establish long-term relationships with our future customers. Assisting prospects to help them understand Nabu’s products based on their use cases and discover what their most immediate needs are and translate that into product features Work cross-functionally with the internal teams ( SDRs, Engineering, Marketing, and Design) to deliver value to customers Deliver timely reporting on Sales activity and progress towards goals to the Management team

You will work closely with Nabu’s management team and relevant stakeholders to define business strategies to grow and manage our customer pipeline, and work cross-functionally to gain buy-in and achieve alignment across the company.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or business development 2+ years of experience carrying a defined revenue quota 2+ years of experience in financial services Interest in digital assets, decentralised finance, and cryptocurrencies BA/BS degree Hard-working, dedicated, data-driven Ability to excel both independently and work cross-functionally Demonstrated commitment to understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Hubspot and other Sales Enablement tools

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in fintech, ideally cryptocurrencies and NFTs, with a passion for limitless opportunities for revenue generation. Excellent organizational skills, an ability to manage multiple projects at once and to define efficient processes during hyper-growth, and a high degree of independence, initiative, and proactivity are also important.
