Role Overview: As a Product Manager at Morningstar Ventures, you will lead innovative strategies, guide development efforts, and implement impactful projects pertaining to our partner dashboard and developer interfaces within all Morningstar Ventures products. This spans across various offerings including Crypto and NFT Checkout features, as well as Wallet solutions. Your influence will set the tone for the initial engagement that businesses and developers have with our platforms and services.

Responsibilities:

Partner with product leadership to develop a unified roadmap and strategy for onboarding business clients and developers to our ecosystem. Perform thorough user research, affirm market trends, and analyze the competitive environment to sharpen and broaden our core product offerings. Direct a cross-functional team of top-notch engineers and talented product designers to achieve exceptional outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and developers, ranging from marketplaces and corporations to game developers, integrating their feedback into our product development lifecycle. Manage the product development process with the engineering team, coordinating sprint cycles, assuring high-quality standards, and ensuring comprehensive delivery. Engage continuously with teams across business development, solutions engineering, account management, and strategy to deliver an unparalleled onboarding experience in the Web 3 space. Actively promote a culture of excellence and innovation within the product development team. Qualifications and Attributes:

Exceptional communication skills and the emotional intelligence required for interacting with key stakeholders, challenging clients, and dynamic sales teams. At least 2 years of experience in a product-focused role, preferably with exposure to dashboard and developer experience enhancements in the crypto or payments sector. Technical prowess to approach product onboarding from a developer's viewpoint. Proficient in managing documentation, demo environments, and product guides in collaboration with engineering and solutions teams. Skilled in prioritization and decision-making, balancing technical constraints with commercial opportunities. A standard-bearer for high quality, encouraging the team to meet and surpass those standards. Proven track record of developing products from concept to launch. Involved with products that have reached scale and have positively impacted millions of users.
