Reporting directly to the Head of Ecosystem Business Development, this role focuses on engaging with key partners and facilitating their integration into the Morningstar Ventures Ecosystem, particularly within the UK region.

Key Responsibilities: • Work in tandem with the UK Business Development Team to plan and implement strategic initiatives aimed at nurturing and expanding our partner network. • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for Channel Partners to deepen partner relations and increase market presence in the UK. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Developer Relations, to advance critical aspects of Morningstar Ventures’ vision. • Represent Morningstar Ventures at major industry events, demonstrating our commitment to innovation and advancement in the blockchain sector. • Act as an essential connector between corporate partners and the various departments within Morningstar Ventures, driving growth and enabling success. • Engage with the product team to align priorities and incorporate developer insights and feature enhancements.

Desired Qualifications: • Demonstrable success in client engagement and partnership development, especially within the blockchain industry. • A deep understanding of blockchain technology and familiarity with the technologies and middleware solutions utilized by Morningstar Ventures. • A profound interest in blockchain and the evolving Web3 ecosystem. • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to foster meaningful partnerships. • The capacity to thrive in a distributed team environment across multiple time zones. • Readiness to travel and represent Morningstar Ventures at conferences and industry events. • Bonus: Experience in product sales would be highly regarded for this position.
