We are looking for a Web3 focused Tiktok marketing manager/ content creator to join the Manta Network Team and help build brand awareness and traction for the project on a global scale. This dynamic person will have experience experimenting with innovative ways to leverage influencers to achieve our goals and the ability to constantly evolve the way we work in the Web 3 space. We are looking to establish a Tiktok channel from scratch. The ideal candidate must have solid experience building and managing tiktok channels on its own and have a strong familiarity with web3 and communities, as well as a strong interest in privacy. Please mention your current Tiktok handle or managed communities in the application.  

Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to develop a best-in-class TikTok presence for a brand - concepting, writing, shooting, editing, and animating TikTok videos.
Perform in entertaining TikTok videos on behalf of the brand - reading scripts, memorizing lines, and following creative directions.
Implement integrated influencer campaigns that are aligned with brand strategy to meet business objectives.
Maintain and promote a vibrant community culture on TikTok.
Participate with marketing team and be a critical member -Assist and engage in education around interpreting our data sets.
Stay informed of trends, memes, and communities on TikTok, and identify opportunities for the brand to participate or create content.
Master, grow and maintain our proprietary platform and internal network of influencers to facilitate the creation and distribution of authentic, relevant branded content.
Identify influencer/ambassador opportunities across markets.
Establish and build influencer and partner relationships.
Develop influencer case studies and generate awards entries.
Stay on top of industry trends, the latest influencer and digital media advancements and relevant campaign.

Key Requirements:

Be very familiar with the TikTok ecosystem.
Have created TikTok content before.
At least 3 years’ experience in marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience communicating with internal and external client teams.
