 Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support the legal team's high growth and help them deliver timely and efficient advice.
 Core Responsibilities
<ul><li>Drafting,and negotiating legal documentation such as SaaS agreements, licensing agreements, MSA, partnerships agreements, vendors agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs across multiple jurisdictions and mainly in the UK and US</li><li>Reviewing, updating contract templates and building contract playbooks</li><li>Managing the company’s corporate legal activities and support its international expansion</li><li>Providing advice on employment matters</li><li>Providing advice on data protection matters</li><li>Managing insurances</li><li>Participation in due diligence with clients, partners and vendors</li><li>Managing external counsel to help analyse legal and regulatory issues</li><li>Supporting business stakeholders such as sales, product, finance and compliance teams</li></ul>
